Engine starts at about 1400 RPM then drops to 1000 & stays there. At idle speed adjustor, at idle I have 2.8 volts. Apply batt voltage to ISA & engine stalls. Mitchell says I should have 4-5 volts. Key on engine off its batt voltage. I`m thinking idle speed co...
