1996 Volkswagen Jetta GL 2.0L MIL Lamp on
hi group: the mil keeps coming on intermmitently, i don't have the v.w. scanner, i tried to acces the codes with my snapon scanner obdii generic, and i can't get any codes. i also tried using the plug supplied under the rear pass. seat to jump teminal #4 & #15...
