1987 Volkswagen Cabriolet 1.8L No Start
vehicle came into shop on towtruck. has new fuel pump and filter. had no current to fuel pump, vehicle has two pumps. replace fuel pump relay. still no current to either pump. there is power to relay. any ideas please for a fix. thanks iatn members
