1975 Fiat 124 Spider 1.8L Excessive Emissions
Runs "very" rich. Dry black soot on plugs. I turn idle mixture screw all the way in and rpm goes up instead of dying like it should.... obviously getting fuel from somewhere. Carefully rebuilt carb...replaced leaking accelerator check valve. Checked for surfac...
