Hi all, I have a U.K. VW Corrado VR6 1994. It seems to have an immobiliser fault. The vehicle starts, then immediately stops. The engine ecu stores a code 17978 - Eng control module blocked by immobiliser. If the code is cleared, it will return on next attempt...
