1994 Volkswagen Passat GLX 2.8L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Stall
Changed fuel pressure regulator and repaired some dry rotted vacuum lines, dropped cat down still runs the same Oxygen sensor looks black. Does not idle lopes (does not stay running) cat turns red, running excessively rich. Ford tech needs help with this one. ...
