1985 Volvo 740 GLE 2.3L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation
The engine runs fine and can and will accel as per normal some times, but on accel to get on sthe freeway black smoke from the tail pipe and no power boost gauge shows 14 lbs of [...] the throttle and try again and sometimes it will pull you hair back.
