1986 Jaguar XJ6 4.2L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out
another shop could not figure out this problem after they rebuilt the engine. the car will start and idle rough but won't rev over 1000 rpm. the engine cuts out surges, and pops through the intake. the timing is correct. if you spray carb cleaner in the intake...
