We have not exsperienced the drivability problem, but clearing code 17 from the DM was only accomplished by unplugging it,(yeah, that is the way it is designed) anyway proceeded with ETP DM 6.0, and tested CAN data bus, read 60 ohms, in spec, and tests of CAN ...
