1995 Volvo 850 2.4L Surge
chk engine light is on and trans up arrow light on dash is on. Checked for codes. idles is fluctuating at idle. I checked tps at sensor and it looks good on scope. I cannot check it at the ecu as I do not have a breakout box. Has anyone encountered this proble...
