I need some help with this Saab 900s.

High NOX is the problem. When the car came in NOX was 16.57 gpm HC .86 CO 1.41. a small timing adjustment(2 degrees) and a huge mixture adjustment (was lean) yielded HC .37 CO 2.59 and a NOX of 8.94.
