1993 Saab 900 S 2.1L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality
when the outside air temperature is roughly below 45-50f, the vehicle will start, but will run very rich (black smoke out of the exhaust), and run very rough. after a few minutes of warm up, it will then run fine and no further problems exist. this only happen...
