1996 Volkswagen Jetta GLX 2.8L MIL Lamp on
I need to know if there is some way to access the trouble codes with out a scanner and how to turn off the MIL. I do not have a VAG1551 and I disconnected the battery but the MIL is still on. So I am counting on the self diagnostics. Thanks bob
