	 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 2.0L MIL Lamp on 
		
		hello iatn just a quick question while i was doing pin point test, test had me check for 4.36 volts at pins 4 and 5 at runner control valve. well i have 4.36v but it pulses from 0 to 4.36v so just wondering if anyone has seen this, is it correct to do that...
