hi guys i have this mercedes in the shop for a rough idle

also stalls out when the ac is on. the car is running like it has a miss , i did a compression test and found different

readings #1=150lbs #2,#3,#4=75lbs #5=100lbs #6=150lbs

also the car has a noise ...
