1994 Volkswagen Jetta GL 2.0L Excessive Emissions
Have this Jetta III that idles very rich. eg. .9v O2 and 6
ms injector duration. Slightly off idle or with
introduction of small vacuum leak before throttle the O2
sensor will cycle .2/.7v and the injectors will drop down
to 4 ms duration.
