2004 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L No Start
This is my son-in-law's car. Whenever the tank is filled, when parked after running, it will crank but not fire about half of the time. If left for about an hour, it will start and run normally. Cracking the gas cap does not produce any "whoosh" in or out ...
