VW Jetta TDI 1.9 liter. When the engine is warmed up, shut engine off, restart. When restarted, the engine revs to 2000 RPM and then drops to normal. This is the only sympton/problem we see at this time. When cold, starts normal. Any ideas where to begin???? H...
