1990 Volvo 760 GLE 2.8L Excessive Emissions
Question is - why does o2 drop to .029(super lean) and why does the convertor nor get hot? Is the system stuck in open loop and if so why does the other car work as you would expect? Could it be the coolant temp sensor?
