1986 Volvo 740 GLE 2.4L No Start
Vehicle was towed in because it would not start cold, but cranking speed was ok. It had been starting ok in the warm weather but gradually got worse as the weather got colder. It came here in November. Found cold start valve was not working so replaced it. Rep...
