2005 Volkswagen Passat GL TDI 2.0L MIL Lamp on
The vehicle looses power intermittently, and sets fault p0299 turbo under boost fault, the egr valve and turbo bypass soleniod have been replaced, unable to find a leak in turbo ducting, the wastgate solinoid has 20" vacuum to it.
