1997 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L No Power
I have the 97 VW TDI that has no power and no boost. It will set the low boost code within 3 minutes of driving the vehicle. I pressure checked the air intake system with 15 PSI air. No leaks found. Found the turbo leaking oil severely and the shaft very loose...
