BMW Techs, During warm up the engine surges 1200 rpm to 2000 rpm, the CEL will flash (very quickly) and as it does the engine will cutout. I cleared the codes and the only code I get now is 64. I replace the spark plugs with F7LDCR (BOSCH) - same problem, same...
