1999 Saab 9-3 2.0L No Start
Hi, this saab has no spark coming out of the cassette. It has inj pulse and fuel. While cranking the tach goes up once and stays down. I believe I need a new cassette but with thge price tag being what it is, is there a way to test it. I have voltage on green ...
