2004 Volkswagen Jetta GL 2.0L No Communication
Pulling hair out...Have this 04 jetta no communication with scan tool. have disconnected abs module, has oe radio. what is really wierd about this is that I get communication when the batt voltage is very low ..around 9-10 volts when it is drained to the point...
