1989 Volvo 740 GLE 2.3L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality
Volvo Techs We replaced the timing belt on this volvo with the 2.3 16v engine. After the belt was installed the customer said it did not idle rough (the tech can not remember if it did or not). We have boubled checked the belt timing and it is on time....
