2003 Land Rover Discovery SE 4.6L No Start
Vehicle won't start. No previous issues. Customer states car was fine and then wouldn't start. Vehicle is getting spark and pulse so that should rule out crank sensor. There is no fuel pressure. Diagnosis found that the ecm is not grounding the fuel pump relay...
