Vehicle runs fine except has an idle surge only with a/c on and in gear at a stop. The idle will 'hunt' rapidly between about 900 and 1100 rpm as long as the a/c is turned on. Now the weird part. Even with the a/c compressor UNPLUGGED the idle surge remain...
