1990 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8L Stall, Does not idle
This vehicle will not idle. You have to keep feathering the throttle to keep it running. The spark plugs were fouled and worn, so we replaced them. No difference. I checked the intake air tube for cracks and found none. I checked the idle microswitch volta...
