1992 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8L Poor Idle Quality
While vehicle is at idle, 880 RPM, it will at times creep up to 1600 RPM. Snap throttle, A/C on an off will not return it back to normal operation. If ignition is switched of and vehicle is restarted, idle is ok again. It may stay at 800 RPM or may go back...
