1997 Volvo 850 GLT 2.4L MIL Lamp on
Check engine light comes on for secondary air. we found that air pump is not coming on. Pump does work if activated with hot wire. Ground is good to pump. It gets fed from a relay. Found that relay is not getting ground from [...] a coolant temp sensor thinkin...
