1999 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L Surge, MIL Lamp on
This car was in an accident, hit hard in the rear. Our body shop turned it over to me, and at first I thought that the fuel pump must have some problem. It has a bad surge off idle. We checked fuel pressure and it was within spec (50psi). Volume also good....
