1983 Volvo 244 DL 2.3L No Start, Poor Idle Quality
The car came in on a hook, no start. We identified the fuel pumps were recieving power but not working. we replaced both pumps. Now we have good fuel pressure. But the car will not start cold. It will start if we propane it. Once it is running for a minute...
