1998 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Unable to Set Timing
This unit will not time on basic settings. When this unit is running on measureing block 000 fully warmed up it shows a time value of aprox 53. When I switch it to basic settings the value jumps to over 255 and will not respond to adjustments to pump. Water,ai...
