1990 Saab 900 Turbo 2.0L No Start, no comms
This one is hard to start cold. When it is cold out (New England winter) it won't start and has a communication problem. I can get DTCs but no data and after a while no DTCs. Have checked wiring from DLC to ECU, perfect. Suspect ECU but have no proof. Any idea...
