1978 Rolls Royce Corniche 4.7L No Start
The car has too much ignition system current draw. The ignition runs through a fuse in fuse box. The draw is over 15 amps. The problem is not the car blows the fuse instead the ballast resistor fails. I measured the draw at the resistor and it is almost 10...
