Fellow technicians, I can not get this 86 Volks. Jetta past emission test I/M 20/20,for the [...] time,because of high NOX readings: 2270 PPM. HC & CO readings are 0.00%. In that year (1986) these cars were originally issued without [...]. & EGR valves....
