1993 Volkswagen Passat GLX 2.8L Poor Idle Quality, Stall
I need to know what the idle re-learn procedure is, and if it can be done w/o a VW scantool. Also any other ideas would be helpful. Alldata says to refer to VW manual for procedure, I have no source for that. No vacuum leaks present.
