1989 Volkswagen Golf 1.8L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
Vehicle runs very bad and will hardly idle. When air flow meter is disconected it runs fine. We replaced meter one time and problem still exist. Fuel pressure and volume good, all ignition good, timing at spec.
