Hello Volvo techs. This car jumps to 2000rpm when started then gradually increases to 5000rpm within about 5 minutes. Checked for codes, 223 showed. Checked and replaced idle air control valve, no difference. Checked ecm grounds, all ok. Any ideas? Thanks ...
