1995 Volvo 850 T-5R 2.3L No Start
This car was brought to me not running. I have tried every thing I know to get it running. What it boils down to is the lack of spark. I hooked up a spark tester to visually see the spark. It has a very weak spark and all the sudden it has a real good snapping...
