1996 Volvo 850 Turbo 2.3L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in with Check engine and service light on, Do we need a special scanner to retrive and clear codes and to reset the service light as well? Also just today the dashboard illumination lights stoped working, anybody familiar with this problem? Ab...
