ABS operates just below 8mph at every stop. Seems to cycle twice at each stop. I can make the abs continue to cycle if I apply the brake and the gas while in first gear below 10mph. When I connect my Snap On 2500 with VW/Audi Cartridge, and monitor wheel speed...
