1999 Volkswagen Passat GLS 2.8L Condensor fan
According to ALLDATA wiring diagrams the aux fan relay is
behind the insturment panel on the relay board. NOT SO. The
40 amp fuse (upstream of the relay) is there, but its Rd/Bl
& Rd wires disappear into the firewall area.
