Hi everyone.

The complaint is no heat I noticed the radiator cooling fan and a/c compressor run all the time regardless off temp setting,only if the controller is OFF or in ECON will the fan and compressoer turn off,if the controller is on BI-LEV,AUTO or DEFR...
