1999 Volkswagen Jetta GLX 2.8L AC Compressor
Thanks to all for the help, I traced out the wiring from AC switch to the fan control module and found a big hole melted through the bottom of it and the T10 connector melted to the module, I think this was done when someone else replaced the cooling fan motor...
