1993 Saab 9000 CS Turbo 2.3L Heater Fan
Never seen this before. The heater fan runs all the time when the fuse is in (ignition on.) It does this even with the acc control unit disconnected. I removed the fan speed controller and didn't see/smell any burnt stuff. I suspect the fan speed controller is...
