When trans shifts to third the TCC will try to engage a few times then quit. You can see activity on the TCC duty cycle PID on scanner, and RPMs fluctate. Then it will accelerate OK and shift to 4th. Then TCC will engage fine around 45 to 48 mph. Sometimes TCC...
