Hi All.. This van revs up(flair up) when shifting from 2-3.. however if you slow down and let trans down shift to 2 and take off again the trans shift from 2-3 is perfect.. it will only do the rev up from a stop.. 1-2 is always fine.. this happens hot or cold....
