1994 Eagle Talon ES 2.0L Down Shifting
This is a 3.3 engin. Driving a very short time, Speedo starts to drop speed but the car is keep up to speed. Speedo rops enough that the car down shifts. This is a used car in a GM dealership. That is why we don't have a clue. Manuals don't say much. Can some ...
